Charge Nurse (RN/LPN)

• $2 Shift Premium on weekdays ($3.50 on weekends)

Shifts:

• 12-hour Shifts, Rotating Schedule


• 7am to 7pm, 7pm to 7am

A Day in the Life of a Long-Term Care Nurse:

• Providing patient care to residents


• Complies with state and Federal Regulations.


• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.


• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.


• Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN or RN state license(s)


• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently


• Reliable transportation
