Job Description - Charge/IP Nurse

Charge/IP Nurse – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus


If you are a registered nurse (RN) who desires to take the next step in the career ladder and use your experience to mentor, train, and educate a team of caregivers, while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of Charge/IP Nurse may be your next calling. At Dove Healthcare, you will work with employees, patients, family members, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of providing person-centered care.


As a Charge/IP Nurse, you will:



  • supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees

  • coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence

  • review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs

  • provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment

  • participate in an on-call rotation

  • this is a limited term position with the potential to turn into permanent employment.


Schedule Details:



  • full-time PM shift

  • every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required


Required Qualifications:



  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)

  • degree from an accredited school of nursing

  • previous nursing experience
