Charity Account Representative

We are in immediate need to fill a new opening for an enthusiastic Charity Account Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive public awareness and engagement for our charity partners. Responsibilities of the Charity Account Representative:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier service while representing our charitable initiatives
• Promote awareness by presenting and recommending campaigns that support our partner charities
• Educate customers on new programs, community initiatives, and the impact of their involvement
• Collaborate with the outreach team to strategize and implement creative approaches to boost visibility and engagement
• Follow up with supporters to ensure continued interest and strengthen community relationships
• Work closely with senior leaders and the Charity Account Representative team to stay informed on charitable campaigns and public engagement strategies

Qualifications for the Charity Account Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in outreach, customer service, public engagement, or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and professional attitude with a passion for creating meaningful community connections
• Ability to present a variety of campaigns and engagement opportunities both one-on-one and in team settings
