Charity Campaign Assistant Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of charity fundraising campaigns and community events

• Represent nonprofit clients at outreach events, engaging with the public to share their mission and encourage support

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with donor sign-ups

• Help maintain accurate records of campaign activities, donor data, and event feedback

• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and improve outreach efforts

• Support administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and follow-up communications

Qualifications:

• Passionate about social impact and community service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Comfortable working independently and within a team in fast-paced environments

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
