Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-of event logistics, ensuring seamless setup, execution, and breakdown

• Greet and assist attendees, providing accurate information about our nonprofit partners and their missions

• Support booth setup, registration, crowd management, and attendee flow

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism

• Adapt quickly to changing event needs and troubleshoot challenges on the spot

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and memorable event experience

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in event support, customer service, or hospitality is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
