Charity Events Assistant Entry-Level

Position Overview:
As a Charity Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of live fundraising events and outreach campaigns. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is energetic, people-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and nonprofit engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of charity fundraising events and community activations

• Engage with event attendees and the public to share information about nonprofit missions and encourage support

• Distribute promotional materials and facilitate meaningful conversations with donors and supporters

• Support event logistics, including scheduling, supplies, and vendor coordination

• Collect and record donor information and feedback accurately for campaign tracking

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and meet fundraising goals

• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in nonprofit outreach, marketing, and event management

Who You Are:

• Enthusiastic about making a positive impact through community engagement

• Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with diverse audiences

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• A dependable team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or volunteer roles is a plus but not required
