The Sales Specialist has the primary role of helping Craft grow its charter sales revenue through the strategic optimization of our fleet scheduling while providing competitive prices for requested trips and providing creative and effective solutions which align with customer and company needs. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, excellent negotiation skills and a high desire for selling and providing outstanding customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:
Utilize the marketplace software that Craft uses to receive all inbound flight request and strategically optimize fleet scheduling.
Prepare and issue quotes from requests received through brokers and other wholesale channels.
Review cost and revenue data to ensure that trips quoted and sold meet the fiscal guidelines set by the company.
Develop key customer relationships with brokers and clients.
Work with peer team members and Director of Sales/Revenue to build and achieve department goals and performance targets.
Champion driving revenue growth through exploring and capitalizing on new market share and retail charter opportunities.
Work well with the Operations team for the resolution of client issues.
Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support business growth and change.
Follow FAA guidelines for pilot duty, rest, and flight time requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and interact with brokers, clients, and staff in a professional manner at all times.
Complete tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently and with peers to solve problems.
Multi-task effectively, prioritize appropriately, and provide timely communication of project(s) status.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of related sales experience
Tenacious self-starter and eager to learn
Strong closing skills
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all internal and external correspondence
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to forge trusted relationships with internal and external customers
Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to fulfill shift/coverage requirements
Valid Driver’s License
