As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat platforms to assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting positive brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat platforms to address their inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying solutions
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their overall experience
• Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction rate
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department for further investigation and resolution
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant computer applications
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
