• Oversee the day -to -day operations and growth of the platform, managing content creators and fostering a vibrant community.
  
• Utilize your sales skills to upsell exclusive content to existing subscribers, maximizing their engagement and revenue potential.
  
• Proactively communicate with subscribers, building and maintaining positive relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  
• Monitor subscriber engagement and feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with subscribers and content creators alike.
  
• Highly organized and results -oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed upsell targets.
  
• Proficiency in social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.
  
• High level of discretion and respect for subscriber and content creator privacy and confidentiality.
  
• Spanish language: Bilingual or full working proficiency (C, C1, C2)
