We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in quality, innovation, execution, and consistency across all culinary operations.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and refine the culinary experience to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and seasonal culinary concepts that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Represent the culinary team in public relations, marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless dining experience.
• Work as much as necessary each day to fulfill job responsibilities and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
