Are you a passionate culinary leader ready to take the reins at one of New England’s most celebrated resorts? The Essex Resort & Spa is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our Junction culinary team with creativity, precision and a deep respect for locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to shape menus, mentor the culinary team and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation—all in an environment that celebrates food, hospitality and innovation.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-end or upscale environment
• Strong leadership skills—you inspire respect and bring out the best in others
• Passion for sustainable, seasonal cuisine and beautifully executed dishes
• Ability to lead service in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
• A desire to innovate while maintaining consistency and excellence
