We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and enhance the overall dining experience at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality, innovation, execution, and consistency in all culinary operations.

Responsibilities:

- Direct and refine the culinary experience to ensure quality, consistency, and profitability

- Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Represent the culinary team for public relations and advertising efforts

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability

- Work as much of each workday as necessary to complete job responsibilities

Requirements

 Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, food safety, and sanitation regulations

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
