About You

You will be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. You exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction, while constantly bringing ideas & thoughts about new and innovative items for Privé. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced.

What You Will Do

• Coordinates with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef for all kitchen operations, preparations, and priorities


• Recognizes superior quality products, presentations, and standards


• Prepares and cooks foods of all types to meet daily needs, special guests, and onsite events


• Supports kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures


• Supports and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among co-workers
