Emjaye Inspired is a gourmet catering company with an outdoor patio event space with offsite catering events located in Scripps Ranch, CA. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous couple years of kitchen experience, a passion for creative foods and work well with others.

We are a smaller operation with a family feel to it and wanting to add someone desirous of that environment. We serve a large, high end clientele and work very hard! We are continuously expanding our footprint within the marketplace.

Applicants need to be able to follow recipes with a high degree of accuracy and produce consistent, quality products every time. Presentation is key to our operation and we need someone interested in the artistic aspects of the job.

Applicants will need experience in reading catering orders with the ability to determine quantities to prep and create a weekly/daily task list for the rest of the team in order to execute in a timely fashion.

Each member of our team participates in all aspects of the kitchen. This includes: prepping, cooking, catering presentation, cleaning after themselves and each other to include washing dishes, sanitizing all stations, maintaining/cleaning the walk-ins, sweeping, mopping, etc.
