Job Description - Chef de Partie La Terrazza Nicabanos Upscale Nightlife Restaurant

Chef de Partie is South Beach’s newest restaurant-nightlife destination, offering elegant indoor and patio dining with curated DJs and live performers. Elevated cuisine, bold cocktails, and a vibrant, performance-driven setting create a chic, social atmosphere where the night naturally becomes the main event.

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our opening team and support our culinary operations.
Responsibilities

Execute dishes according to Chef de Partie’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and prep quality within your station
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products
Support the Sous Chef and Corporate Chef during prep and service
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with the BOH team

Requirements

3-4 years of kitchen experience
Upscale dining background preferred
Strong knife skills and culinary technique
Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
