About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys preparing high-quality food, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive team culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
  


• Assist with menu preparation and daily specials.
  


• Ensure food is prepared in line with recipes and portion controls.
  


• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen.
  


• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  


• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
  


• Minimise food waste and support cost control initiatives.
  


• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  


• Help train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
  

About You

• Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
  


• Passion for producing high-quality food.
  


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  


• Strong organisational and time management skills.
  


• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  


• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles.
  


• Food Safety certification is desirable but not essential.
