Join our top-tier island culinary client’s team and showcase your expertise in Mediterranean cuisine! We're in search of skilled Chefs de Partie who are fluent in English, experienced in a la carte service, and ready to lead in the kitchen. 

Role Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in our culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and plating during service, while maintaining our menu's high standards. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mis en place and assist Head Chef's requests.
• Stock kitchen for smooth service operations.
• Master menu items, recipes, and presentation standards.
• Follow food preparation procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Manage stock orders and rotation for efficient inventory.
• Create delectable hot and cold dishes as per the menu.
• Accommodate special dietary requests.
• Foster creative solutions for minor obstacles.
• Contribute to cost control efforts.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Food Handlers License and food preparation certificate as per regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine.
• Previous experience in a la carte service..

Safety Focus:

• Familiar with fire, emergency, and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure safety for all staff and guests.
• Knowledgeable about food allergens in the menu.
• Adhere to health and safety laws and regulations.
• Take proactive steps to prevent accidents.
• Properly handle kitchen equipment and chemicals.
• Report unsafe equipment to the Head Chef.
• Uphold hygiene, appearance, and safety standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Follow established Company Policies and Procedures.

€1400 and €1500 gross per month, part of the salary is given as allowances. Candidates will be entitled to overtime and all the Company’s benefits.
