Chemical and Dish Machine Service Technician

We are seeking a qualified Chemical and Dish machine Service Technician who will be responsible for providing quality service in a courteous, respectful, and safe manner which aligns with our On-Board Values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage their given territory with exceptional service to customer accounts.

· Install and maintain chemical dispensers at restaurants, laundry, grocery and health care facilities.

· Install and maintain dish machines from under the counter to conveyor units at restaurants, grocery and health care facilities.

· Conduct routine and thorough preventative maintenance visits at customer accounts to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

· Respond to and resolve emergency service calls during business hours (after hours/weekends when on call).

· Create and maintain positive relationships with key individuals (customers, territory sales reps, suppliers, and co-workers).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Warewash, laundry, or similar experience are a plus.

· Valid state driver license with clean driving record.

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Work schedule may include nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours with the possibility of mandatory overtime and on-call status.

Physical Requirements

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms.

· Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl.

· Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Constant use of hand truck to lift, move and place items.

· Must be able to safely tolerate heat or other inclement weather.

· Ability to use power tools as needed.
