Chemical Process Engineer - Commercial Drug Substance (2-Year Contract)

A two-year contract to build real biotech experience at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. You will provide engineering and statistical support to commercial drug substance manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Analyze process data and run statistical evaluations to monitor process performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Support system modifications, change controls and validation.
• Write technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) + 2 years, or a Master's degree.
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Biotech or drug substance manufacturing support is a plus.

• Contract: 24 months, with possible extension
• Shift: 1st or 3rd shift
• Start: November 2026
