Celebration Chevrolet, a premier Chevrolet dealership in Aurora, CO, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Front Counter Employee to join our team. Responsibilities:

This is a Tuesday to Saturday position

Hours 8:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday to Friday

Hours 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday

Provide exceptional customer service at the parts front counter for retail and wholesale customers.
Assist in identifying and recommending parts and accessories for customers’ vehicles.
Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and vendors.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Assist with stock organization and restocking of parts inventory.
Stay updated on new products and manufacturer’s promotions.

Phone calls and emailing various customers.

Taking care of ECommerce, RepairLink, CollisionLink orders

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive parts or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a must.
Basic computer and phone skills required.
Ability to lift and move parts, some of which may be heavy.

Bilingual is a plus.
