Chevrolet Mobile Technician

Ricart Chevrolet is expanding our service capabilities with a Mobile Service Technician role designed to bring high-quality automotive care directly to our customers’ homes or workplaces. We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused technician who’s ready to take our legendary service on the road.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Ricart in the field—delivering routine maintenance and light repair services to busy customers who value convenience, efficiency, and professional care.

• Perform mobile maintenance and light repair services (oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filters, brake inspections, etc.)
• Diagnose and recommend additional service needs using GM-approved diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and the main service team.
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle.
• Ensure all services are completed in accordance with GM and Ricart safety and quality standards.
• You must be an elite communicator, as you will interact with customers and all Ricart Automotive employees.

• GM Certified Technician (preferred) or willingness to complete GM training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or less and no major violations in the last 3 years
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on the go
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training and certification preferred.
