Chevrolet Shop Foreman

Responsible for shop production in busy Chevrolet dealership. Desired candidate will have full GM and ASE certification and experience in managing a group of technicians.

Description of the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chevrolet Shop Foreman to join our team at RK Chevrolet in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As the Chevrolet Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and technicians in our Chevrolet service department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Chevrolet service technicians and other staff members


• Ensure that all work is performed efficiently and accurately


• Maintain a safe and productive work environment


• Oversee the scheduling and assignment of service jobs


• Train and mentor service technicians


• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chevrolet technician


• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role


• Expert knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and their systems


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
