Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and assist clients with daily living tasks.
- Build meaningful connections and provide companionship to clients in their homes.
- Promote clients’ independence while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Follow tailored care plans developed by Registered Nurses.
- Help with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation for errands or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities.
- Comply with infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification in NJ.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.
- Strong communication skills to foster positive client and family relationships.
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
Additional Qualifications:
- Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.
- Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
- Valid Work Authorization Documentation for Non-Citizens
