This is a hands -on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing future leaders, and ensuring every guest receives the remarkable experience Chick -fil -A is known for. Your Impact

• Lead daily restaurant operations including Front of House, Back of House, and Drive -Thru
  
• Develop, coach, and hold accountable teams of 25+ team members
  
• Drive operational excellence through hands -on leadership
  
• Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards

Background Profile
