Chick -fil -A Downtown Athens In -Line / Barnett Shoals / Beechwood is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Propel Leadership Development Program. This program is specifically designed for future business leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in pursuing long -term leadership opportunities within Chick -fil -A.

Participants will gain hands -on operational leadership experience while progressing through a structured development roadmap designed to prepare them for high -level leadership responsibilities. This is not a traditional restaurant management role. It is a fast -paced leadership development experience focused on operational excellence, leadership growth, business acumen, and personal development.
