Four 8 Fried Chicken Wagon is in Old Town Cottonwood; it features a southwestern twist on hot chicken that is made to order.

Job Title: Cook

We are seeking positive, experienced Cooks to join our team at Four 8 Fried Chicken by Four Eight Wineworks! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in preparing delicious food, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience

At least 1 year of cooking experience required
Food truck experience preferred

Pay based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food orders accurately and efficiently, including both in-person and online orders
Ring up customer orders and provide excellent customer service
Package and plate orders to meet taste, quality, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and work areas
Complete shift closing reports and follow all cash-handling procedures
