This role includes both Front of House and Back of House responsibilities depending on assignment. As a Breader, you play a key role in preparing Chick-fil-A’s signature hand-breaded chicken to the highest quality and food safety standards. Your work ensures that every guest receives fresh, consistent, and delicious food.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset


• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant


• Assist guests or support kitchen operations as assigned


• Prepare and maintain Chick-fil-A’s signature hand-breaded chicken products (Breader role)


• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures


• Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency during high-volume periods


• Stock, rotate, and organize food products and kitchen supplies


• Support both Front of House and Back of House teams as needed


• Work collaboratively with team members during busy airport operations


• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines


• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred


• Previous customer service or kitchen experience is a plus but not required


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures consistently


• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10–25 pounds regularly


• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
