Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough closing procedures including floor cleaning, dishwashing, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and readiness for the next day’s operations
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
• Complete all closing tasks independently and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with training and operational changes

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and consistent with a positive, cheerful attitude
• Available to work night shifts from 6 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Capable of lifting 35 lbs regularly and standing for long periods
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Committed to maintaining a drug-free, smoke-free, vape-free, and profanity-free environment
