Candidate Requirements

• No restaurant experience necessary, but must be a passionate people person with an untiring work ethic and commitment to service
• Available for last minute shift support which serves as a highly reliable contact for short notice coverage, stepping in to support the team during sudden volume spikes or callouts (no exceptions)
• Available to open and/or close - open availability (no exceptions)
• Must be able to learn key positions (breading, machines, line, prep, iPOS, bagging) in both FOH and HOH and quickly master them

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Ability and willingness to take ownership of the guest experience from the kitchen to the drive-thru window
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area, which includes flawless execution of food safety, speed, and hospitality standards across all stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Rapid bottleneck relief by identifying operational delays, and immediate pivot into FOH (drive-thru, Face-to-Face iPad, and register) or BOH (breading, machines, kitchen line, prep) to eliminate pressure points
• High-Energy Execution by bringing a calm, focused and high-energy attitude to the floor during peak stress moments to help stabilize the shift.
