Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Leading day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Training new hires and acting as a role model
• Displaying core values of continuous improvement, hustle, and hospitality
• Modeling Core 4 and 2nd mile service to guests to ensure that they have a REMARKable dining experience
• Leading shifts and ensuring effective restaurant operations
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Strong commitment to world class customer service
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs regularly
