Responsibilities:
- Commit to showing up each day with a strong work ethic and a willingness to improve
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality
- Take orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Prepare and package food orders for both in-store and catering with attention to detail
- Operate kitchen stations, including fry station, as needed
- Check product quality and consistency to ensure standards are met
- Assist leadership with opening and closing procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and brand standards
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest
Shift Availability:
- Full-Time / Part-Time: Day and evening availability
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

- Strong work ethic with a positive, coachable attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently while staying detail-oriented
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs
