Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and people-focused General Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A! This hands-on leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on leading large teams, developing strong leaders, and driving operational excellence. As the General Manager, you will serve as a key partner to the Owner/Operator, overseeing daily restaurant operations, strengthening team culture, and delivering remarkable guest experiences while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

Your Impact 

• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient service, and remarkable guest experiences.
  
• Lead High-Performing Teams: Provide leadership and direction for a team of approximately 85–90 employees, including restaurant directors and managers.
  
• Develop Future Leaders: Coach, mentor, and hold department leaders accountable while building a strong leadership pipeline.
  
• Own Restaurant Performance: Drive results through operational efficiency, team productivity, and consistent execution of restaurant standards.
  
• Partner with the Owner/Operator: Serve as a trusted second-in-command, confidently managing restaurant operations and supporting long-term business goals.
  
• Build a Strong Team Culture: Foster an environment of integrity, collaboration, accountability, and Chick-fil-A's signature Second Mile Service.
  

Background Profile 

• Proven experience leading large teams of 75+ employees
  
• Restaurant General Manager or senior operations leadership experience (preferred)
  
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience coaching and developing managers and department leaders
  
• Ability to independently oversee daily restaurant operations and drive results
  
• Strong integrity, humility, and passion for Chick-fil-A's values
