What you'll do:

As a Front of House Team Member, you're the first person our guests see and the reason they keep coming back. You'll take orders, serve food, keep the counter area clean and organized, and create moments that make people feel cared for — even in the middle of a busy lunch or dinner rush.

This isn't a standalone restaurant — it's a food court in the heart of campus. The pace is fast, the guests are your classmates, professors, and administration, and the work requires energy, attention, and a genuine desire to make people's day a little better.

What we're looking for:

• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic (we can teach you everything else)
• Availability Monday–Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (we're open 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, but prep and closing extend those hours); Saturday availability as needed
• Someone who lives on campus or is very familiar with the Memorial Union
• A team player who wants to build something, not just show up for a paycheck
