We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented Back of House Shift Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Milpitas Town Center! You will play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards, supporting daily kitchen operations, and creating a positive team culture. Your Impact

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead daily Back of House operations, ensuring consistent food quality, accuracy, and efficiency while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
  
• Lead and Support the Team: Create a positive, team-oriented environment where team members feel supported, motivated, and encouraged to succeed.
  
• Coach and Develop Others: Provide hands-on training, constructive feedback, and accountability to help team members grow and perform at their best.
  
• Maintain Food and Team Safety: Ensure food safety procedures, quality assessments, and restaurant policies are consistently followed while maintaining a safe working environment.
  
• Champion Quality and Consistency: Pay attention to the details, uphold high standards, and ensure every guest receives fresh, safe, and high-quality food.

Background Profile

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant or kitchen environment
  
• Must have basic understanding of all kitchen operations
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
