We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring exceptional service and a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
• Engage with guests to create a personal connection & resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular safetychecks throughout the day to ensure we are operating in a safe environment.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
• Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the dining industry is preferred.
• Be on top of cleanliness within our dining area, playroom, & restrooms.
• Previous experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
