Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, signature Chick-fil-A service with a smile and enthusiasm
• Work flexibly in both Front of House and Back of House roles as needed
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen and dining area
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Follow all safety, dress code, and operational standards
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Stay updated on new products and complete ongoing training

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
