At Chick-fil-A Dale Earnhardt Blvd, a Shift Lead plays a critical role in the daily success of the restaurant. This position is hands-on and fast-paced — you will run the shift, position team members for success, ensure operational excellence, and keep everything moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing daily shift execution, including:

• Running and directing shifts from start to finish
• Assigning team members to positions based on strengths and business needs
• Managing break rotations efficiently
• Handling cash management and ensuring accurate drawer counts
• Monitoring speed of service and operational flow
• Troubleshooting issues in real time
• Supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Communicating clearly with Team Members and Leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team coaching ability
• Trustworthy and comfortable handling cash procedures
• Positive attitude with a servant-leader mindset
