Core Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and serve high quality food items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
• Maintains reliable attendance and arrives on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
• Follows established call-out procedures and provides timely notice when unable to work as scheduled
• Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, guest needs, and business demands

• Accuracy: Accurately takes orders, prepares food, and handles payments while following Chick-fil-A procedures and standards.
• Hospitality: Delivers genuine, friendly service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued.

• Food Safety & Cleanliness: Follows all food safety guidelines and keeps work areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Responsiveness to Feedback: Accepts feedback with a positive attitude and applies it quickly to improve performance.
• Attendance & Punctuality:Maintains reliable attendance and arrives on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts. Follows established call-out procedures and provides timely notice when unable to work as scheduled.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift (up to 50lbs)
• Standing, bending, lifting
• Working in hot/cold environments (sometimes outside)
