Role Description:

As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you’ll gain valuable life experience that goes far beyond serving great food in a friendly environment.

Front of House (FOH) Team Members - provide exceptional guest service, take and deliver orders accurately, and ensure every guest has a welcoming and memorable experience while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Back of House (BOH) Team Members - support the kitchen by preparing food safely and efficiently, assembling orders with accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy serving others. No prior experience is necessary—we will provide all the training you need to succeed!

Pay & Availability Options:

$17/hour – Full-Time Night Team Member

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
• Required to close 5 nights per week
• Must be available most Saturdays

$16/hour – Full-Time Plus

• 5 shifts per week (60 hours of availability)
• Includes 2 closing shifts
• Full Saturday availability required

$15/hour – Full-Time AM

• Scheduled 35–40 hours per week
• No night shifts required
• Must be available 2 Saturdays per month

$14/hour – Part-Time Team Member

• Minimum of 15 hours per week
• Must be available most Saturdays

High School Students – $11–$13/hour (based on availability)

• Full Saturday availability required
