Position Overview

As a Team Member, you will serve guests with excellence, prepare food safely and efficiently, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will represent the Chick-fil-A brand through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

No restaurant experience required — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
• Take accurate orders using POS systems
• Prepare and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow food safety and operational procedures
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods
• Support teammates to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Schedule & Availability

• Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
• Part-Time (15–29 hours/week)
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
• Friday and Saturday availability preferred
• Closed every Sunday

Scheduling is flexible within availability requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay

• $14.50 – $16..00 per hour based on availability, role, and experience

Required

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with heat and noise
