We’re looking for an experienced, highly engaged Chief CRNA to help lead our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe. This isn't simply a title. We're looking for a leader who wants to build a strong team, shape the culture, partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership, and help create a practice where CRNAs want to stay.

As Chief CRNA, You’ll Have the Opportunity To:

• Lead a Strong CRNA Team – Support, mentor, communicate with, and advocate for approximately 19 CRNA FTEs. 
• Help Shape the Practice – Have meaningful input into staffing, scheduling, recruiting, retention, workflows, and operational decisions. 
• Build the Culture – Create an environment built around accountability, communication, teamwork, and respect. 
• Partner With Leadership – Work closely with physician, hospital, and Symmetry leadership to continuously improve the practice. 
• Recruit & Retain Great People – Help us build the kind of team clinicians actively want to join. 
• Maintain Clinical Practice – Stay connected to the OR and the clinicians you lead. 
• Actually Be Heard – We don't want a Chief who simply carries out decisions. We want a clinical leader who brings ideas, identifies opportunities, and helps us make better decisions.

LIFE ON THE LAKE | Rowlett & Rockwall, TX

Located along Lake Ray Hubbard, the Rowlett/Rockwall area combines lakeside living with easy access to the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Spend weekends on the water, evenings at Rockwall Harbor, and still be approximately 25 miles from Dallas. The area offers excellent communities, restaurants, shopping, and housing options—plus Texas has no state individual income tax.

ABOUT BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER – Lake Pointe

Lake Pointe is a 148-bed, full-service medical center serving the rapidly growing Rowlett/Rockwall community. The hospital offers CRNAs meaningful clinical breadth in a community hospital environment.

The anesthesia practice operates with:

• Maximum 1:4 MD ratio
• Approximately 19 CRNA FTEs
• Collaborative care team environment
• Epic EMR
• Broad community-based surgical practice
• Strong partnership between CRNA, physician, hospital, and Symmetry leadership

COMPENSATION | $300,000+ W-2 Package

• Base Salary: Up to $280,000
• Chief CRNA Leadership Compensation: Additional leadership compensation
• PTO: 8 weeks annually
• 401(k): Up to 4% employer match with immediate vesting
• CME: $2,000 annually + AANA dues
• Additional Shifts: Additional compensation for extra work
• 1099 Opportunities: Options available
