Known Requirements
Bachelor's degree in the relevant field with a master's degree preferred required
A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a comparable role cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding eight-figure and above gifts required
Excellent leader with a proven ability to create collaborative opportunities between advancement and alumni relations required
Superior relationship building, interpersonal, and communication capability required
