Your Role:

• 
  

  Maintain the property from top to bottom—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and beyond

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee the upkeep of our building, grounds, pool, and all amenities

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure life safety systems are always guest-ready and compliant

  
  


• 
  

  Lead with independence, solve problems creatively, and keep our property looking as extraordinary as it feels

  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years relevant experience

  
  


• 
  

  Hospitality experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in general maintenance: carpentry, painting, caulking, grouting, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Motivated, independent, and hands-on—someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
