Chief Estimator - Commercial Drywall

• Oversee Estimation Process: Lead the estimation of all projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analysis and Standards: Conduct analysis of past project performances to establish and refine estimating standards for future projects.
• Software Oversight: Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of bid management and estimating software, recommending improvements as needed.
• Standardization and Training: Develop standardized estimating methods and processes, and train other estimators in their use.
• Leadership: Have the final say on procedures, processes, techniques, and personnel decisions for all assigned projects, ensuring the highest standards of estimation are maintained.

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in estimating Commercial Drywall projects.
• Stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Expertise in bid management and estimating software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
• Experience in establishing standardized estimating methods and processes.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
