Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across service delivery, technology, resource planning, and project management teams to ensure predictable, high -quality outcomes.
  
• Establish performance frameworks, operational plans, and KPIs that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.
  
• Align cross -functional teams, remove bottlenecks, and ensure priorities across operations, IT, and project delivery are coordinated.
  
• Optimize project delivery through effective planning, tracking, reporting, and best practices for on -time, on -budget execution.
  
• Streamline processes, integrate systems, and implement scalable workflows to improve operational performance and reduce inefficiencies.
  
• Foster a high -performance, execution -focused culture through leadership development, coaching, and structured training programs.
  
• Enhance customer satisfaction by driving consistent delivery, proactive communication, and follow -up on project outcomes.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  
• 10+ years of executive -level experience leading operations, project delivery, or technical execution.
  
• Proven ability to scale processes, teams, and systems within a growing organization.
  
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, develop, and motivate cross -functional teams.
  
• Experience in IT -driven or technology -enabled companies highly preferred.
  
• Demonstrated success in developing top -performing teams and fostering leadership growth.
