About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer/President with a proven track record in leadership and growth, particularly in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a CEO, COO, or CMO of a company that has scaled through the $30MM - $50MM+ revenue curve, with a bonus if they have experience through the $100MM level. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, the ability to inspire and lead transformational change, and a background in leading a team of 50-200 individuals. The candidate should have USA consumer experience in professional training, adult coaching, mentoring, online courses, e-learning, and be familiar with global and remote distributed teams, including cross-border management.Applicants must demonstrate strong skills in leadership, people management, process optimization, and technology, with a focus on growth and operational excellence. The role involves working with teams in multiple time zones, so a candidate in the Eastern or Central time zone is preferred. Good job stability, past references, and a commitment to personal development and coaching for improvement are also essential. The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, who will be focusing on innovations, and support will be provided during the transition phase. A high level of education, such as a degree, MBA, or PhD, is required for this position.
