Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

Responsibilities:
Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Set strategic direction and vision for the company
Work as part of a global executive leadership team to evolve growth strategy for the region
Lead a cross functional leadership team to support business operations and growth
Drive workforce and resources of company to support growth strategy

Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in a similar retail financial services environment
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Strong knowledge in multiple asset classes - equities, options, fixed income, crypto, forex, among others.
