Chief Financial Controller - Urgent Hire

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Controller for its client in Grand Rapids, MI. The person will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for informed decision-making.

·        Drive effective capital allocation and investment decisions.

·        Direct cash flow planning and streamline financial processes.

·        Cultivate stakeholder relationships and provide leadership to the finance team.

·        Ensure accurate preparation of financial documentation while mitigating risks.

·        Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. 

·        8+ years of extensive experience in Finance roles.

·        Proficient understanding of financial principles and practices.

·        Experience with the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

·        Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Strategic mindset with foresight into future trends.

·        Proven track record in leadership and team development
