An exciting, full-time opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer at Cleveland Area Hospital in Cleveland, Oklahoma. We are a successful, independent, Critical Access Hospital, 35 minutes West of Tulsa. Our facility, services and staff have been on a positive trajectory for ten years, and our health system is positioned for new hospital construction in the next three years.

FY2024 Net Operating Revenue of $26.4M. 145% growth over the previous ten years.

The successful CFO candidate will have leadership experience in the financial management of a Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinics, and a passion for our commitment to patient care and expansion of services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee accounting, financial reporting, revenue cycle, payer contracting, Medicare cost reporting, the annual financial audit, capital expenditure analysis, and tax reporting. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

Work Experience and Education: 

· Previous CFO experience preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in healthcare.

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree preferred.

· Proven record of success, growing both revenue and profitability.

· Medicare Cost Reporting.

· Expertise in revenue cycle, reimbursement performance, payer mix, critical access billing, RHC billing, and 340B.
