Chief Financial Officer

 Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strong financial stewardship and strategic leadership across the Group. The CFO will be a trusted advisor to the Board and Executive Leadership, responsible for financial strategy, governance, capital management, and risk oversight, while ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of the Group.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Group finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance
  

• Drive Group -wide financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  

• Provide high -quality financial insights to support executive and Board decision -making
  

• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks
  

• Lead funding, capital structure, treasury, and investor/banking relationships
  

• Oversee investment decisions, capital expenditure, and strategic transactions
  

• Provide functional oversight and capability development across subsidiary finance teams
  

• Act as the primary financial interface with regulators, auditors, investors, and partners
  

Requirements

• ACCA, ICAG, or CPA qualification (Master’s degree in Corporate Finance is an advantage)
  
  
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role
  
  
• Strong expertise in IFRS, corporate governance, and financial risk management
  
  
• Proven experience in funding, treasury, and capital structuring
  
  
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas and/or Real Estate is an advantage
  
  
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
